Who will you be working with?
My name is Candy. I am a daughter, a sister, a wife, and a mum to two girls, 2yo & 5 months, with a third little girl on the way. I am also a registered nurse of 11 years, and now, A qualified baby and child sleep consultant. As a mum I have been exactly where you are; short naps, contact naps, sleepless night, bedtime battles, just to name a few.
I worked with a sleep consultant with both my girls and it sparked my passion to learn all there is to know about sleep and help other families achieve the same results I did; more time for me and more content well rested babies. I got my nights back once the girls had gone to sleep, and I was able to put the girls down for their naps.
We provide a gentle, holistic approach to your Childs sleep, in a way that works for the whole family. While I do believe there is a time and place for all sleep training methods, we do no advocate for leaving your baby to cry it out. The methods we use for your child will be based on many things, the most important being your Childs temperament, and what you, as the parent, are comfortable with.
