Terms and Conditions
When booking with Candice Hines Sleep Consultant: your access to, and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and conditions. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms and conditions then you may not access the Service.
1. Follow safe sleeping guidelines, in line with the SIDs recommendations,
2. To Disclose any medical conditions your baby/child has, and discuss these with you GP prior to commencement of sleep training, and ensuring you child has been given the all clear from your GP to begin sleep training,
3. Understand that the sleep plan and information provided to you is for your baby/child only and must not be shared with a third party. Acknowledge that the information provided may not be appropriate for another child.
4. Candice Hines Sleep Consultant will not offer any medical advice. If you have any concerns regarding your Childs health, we urge you to contact your GP or other health professional. The information written on the Sweet Dreams Little One website, or sleep plan is intended to be used for educational purposes only, not as a substitute for medical advice.
5. Any changes you make to your baby’s sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and we only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
6. The sleep plan and two week support package must begin on the date predetermined by yourself and Candice Hines Sleep Consultant. If your child becomes sick during this time, a postponement date will be discussed. As the information is age appropriate (in weeks and months), delaying the commencement date may mean the information is no longer suitable for your babies age.
Refund policy.
If I deem that it is not suitable for us to work together, you will be provided with a full refund.
If you decided that you would no longer like to proceed, and the plan has already been written, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. If however, the plan has been sent to you or the two weeks support has already began , you will not be eligible for a refund.
